I discovered Balance Bar by way of their product. Being a huge fan of the 40-30-30 way of thinking, I find their product to be the most available and affordable type product of this type on the market. The only other bar of this type I can eat is The Zone bar itself - which is hard to find, more expensive, and/or must be ordered from Dr. Sears' web page. And they seem to be blowing off the end caps at the local Wal-mart.

Someone mentioned them not being worth the 20-30% extra they cost over some other bars, but most of those other bars are way too high in carbs - i.e. you might as well eat a Snickers. Both will make you fat as a cow.

Disclaimer: I do not have a position in BBAR, but am considering one.

Any comments good or bad on BBAR appreciated.
