I like the 85% Green-Black. But my far and away favorite is sweetriot, which is also 85% and is organic and fair trade. sweetriot.com

I just bought a new one to try, that I found in a new little backery that just opened very near me. The owner is half Green and half Venezuelan, and everything there is either Greek or from Latin America. What I bought--and it is heavenly--is tu chocolate, made in NJ with chocolate from Venezuela, organic and fair trade. It's 73.5%, with green tea, sesame seeds and ginger added. I normally don't go for the weird additions. I mean, why make my chocolate not taste like chocolate! But this one is amazing--they enhance the flavor. www.tuchocolate.com
