I listen to audiobooks while driving. It has become addictive! Since my eyes are kind of poor (and now worse since cataract surgery), audiobooks are great for me.

Some I just finished are:

A Thousand Splendid Suns - Khaled Hosseini
The Kite Runner - Hosseini
Water For Elephants - Sara Gruen
The Janson Directive - Ludlum
Remember Me - Sophie Kinsella (very light reading)
I am currently listening to:

The Zookeeper's Wife: A War Story by Diane Ackerman. This was on a recommended reading list (must have been a bribe) the author's writing is killing me. A third grader could have done better.

I also have listened to and enjoyed in 2007:
The Road and No Country for Old Men - McCarthy. Great reads.
And all the H Potter books.

Best thing I every did was get me an iPod! I have a lot of CarTalk to go through.

Thanks for your lists, now I have something to research for my next listening experience.
