I may be that the stock was under pressure on survivability concerns and not trading on a value-of-the business basis and now some of that cloud is lifting -- enough that it (temporarily) is more than enough to compensate for dilution and a poor performance outlook over the next year or two.

It could also be that I'm committing the sin so prevalent in the press of trying to attach a simple, understandable rationale to a price movement that is the sum total of thousands of trades and more endogenous factors than one mind could possibly grasp simultaneously. Possibly. ;-)
