I never thought I would live to see the current Fed Funds Rate, much less even lower. Weird! We have some 5-yr T-notes that we could sell for a profit of around 8%, and they are only paying 5+% interest. But the problem is, what would we do with the money and in less than 2 years we would have made as much by holding the note as we would selling it and putting it into a money market fund waiting for higher rates.
