I noticed nobody has mentioned the presedential account for an e-fund or slush fund. This account makes sense to me because of the exceptionally high i-rate of 2.75%. I plan on starting an e-account with more than 1000 so the minimum of 1000 doesn't bother me to much. Hopefully by the time I need any funds from this account I will be well over the 1000 mark anyway. Does this make good sense.
