I own AAPL for the long run, ready to buy more when the case warrant - unless I see my investment premises to have been broken. I don't see why I would abhor an article that potentially offers me additional opportunities.

I've owned AAPL since early 1999 and I see no reason not to continue owning it.

How does a stupid article like the one in IBD offer you additional opportunities? The overwhelming majority of investment articles ( whether having to do with AAPL or otherwise ) are boiler plate at best and utter crap at worst (e.g. the IBD article).
