In our local paper today was an obit about a guy who was born in 1915, fought in the war, career military man, stamp collector, outdoor enthusiast and as another hobby was a "stock market enthusiast who left a sizeable fortune to his family". It went on to say that he got in to the market after the war in 1946 and kept up with the market throughout his lifetime and was always up on stocks.

This obit just reinforced what the TMF preaches...buy good companies, invest when you can, invest for a lifetime and most importantly HAVE FUN!
