I read more than I post here, and I know you frequent LBYM, and I just don't go there.

However as someone else mentioned on another board, here's the link to his site if this is of any assistance.

It's high cholestoral.

It might be high carbohydrate -- it IS high carbohydrate -- but it's not high cholesterol. Cholesterol comes from animals.

I looked at the vegetarian recipes and they looked OK to me -- nice balance of grains and legumes -- but I'M NOT A NUTRITIONIST.

If it's a really radical change of diet for the boys, though, and will force them to cook when they don't normally cook, then I'm wondering how long they'll be able to stick to it?
