I read several negative articles over the weekend describing the Thrashers' woes. While I agree that the rest of the players hadn't really stepped up until Saturday night's game, I don't think enough has been made of the loss to injury of both Lehtonen *and* Dunham. Poor goaltending can kill a team's chances, and I can think of few teams that could easily withstand the loss of both their starter and their backup. I think the Thrashers will continue to struggle in the near term, but will improve markedly once Lehtonen and/or Dunham return. alto
