I realize you view me as a troll and a whiner.

I have felt that your actions were closer to that of a troll than an earnestly interested party.



BUT I honestly tried very hard to rent what I wanted when I wanted it and was pretty much laughed off the boards. I did NOT expect that reaction.

Who laughed at you. Certainly not I; I truly tried to explain things to you and give you help before you started saying things about the program that are not true. And other things that, while possible, have never come to pass in my experience.



I feel very very sorry for the families who bought points and are forced to pay for some nights on their vacation with cash because they cannot secure what they want with their points.

I have never had such an experience in my ~6 years of being part of the program.



I'll bet THAT option was barely covered at the hardsell presentation if at all.

There was no hardsell. Quite the opposite. We were told to go home and think on it rather than join right away.

It's these statements that have pushed me to say you make things up and say them over and over until you believe they are facts.



I can go when I want to! And if I choose to go to a non-disney location, I am free to do that too!

The same is (and always has been) true for us too. Unless things change for us, I will maintain my current beliefs.
