I really don't care which party Clark has joined. He is talking about issues I don't hear from anyone else. Clark is talking about the need to maintain the seperation of church and state. Clark is talking about how the Patriot Act threatens the bill of rights. Clark is talking about the rule of law. This is the oath an Army officer swears to:I (insert name), having been appointed a (insert rank) in the U.S. Army under the conditions indicated in this document, do accept such appointment and do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter, so help me Godhttp://usmilitary.about.com/library/milinfo/blarmyofficeroath.htmHe swore to protect the constitution, and my sense is he entered the race because he sees the greatest threat to the constitution since the Nixon administration.Steve
