I really don't think you are down 42%. For every share of GDT you got some portion of BSX shares and some cash. You'll have to refer to the details of the merger, but with the JNJ deal it was something like $43 worth of JNJ stock, $30 cash (not exactly but something like that). Of course it was something different for the BSX deal, but look at your cash in your account too and don't forget to count it.
