I recall when I was a teen (I think) Listerine was constantly in trouble with the feds. Listerine tried to claim they killed germs including those that could cause the common cold. Feds said "don't think so", and Listerine then said "maybe you won't feel as bad". Feds stepped in again and said "nope". Now Listerine kills the germs that cause bad breath.

Saw a commercial the other day for "Ensure" claiming that it contained "revigor". WTF? Revigor? Not even Wiki knows what it is. :)

Guess whether or not the commercial enticed me to put that product on my grocery list.
