I recently purchased my first "foreign car". My Nissan Altima was built in Nissan North America plant located on 983 Nissan Drive in Smyrna, TN.

The Nissan Design America is located in San Diego California, and in close coordination with engineers at the Nissan Technology Center located in Farmington Hills, Michigan, are responsible for the creation of the Altima, Maxima, Xterra, and Frontier, as well as the 350Z.

How does that attack "American's jobs"?

Nissan is owned by Japan. Built in America by Americans with very few benefits. Either work there or get laid off from GM or Ford as they close their plants.
