I recognize having a CC for nine years is a good thing, but you've had a credit card for nine years, paying it regularly, and the best they can do for you is an interest rate of ~23.5% (more if Prime goes up)? Why would you want such a card?

Do you have another one? Could you get a spiffy new one with a reasonable rate? Not that you need to cancel the Citi card, but why use it to enrich them further?
