I remember what happened to the pps of DECK many years ago when a foreign Receivable was sent to the Uncollectible side of financials, Ugh :(This is why I like posting on the Fool's boards. It is thoughts like this that make money long term. I had not thought about where the JV money, and help with upgrade debts, are placed on the balance sheet. If theater attendance falls like a rock when oil prices rise, there is money on IMAX's balance sheet that could have write-off potential. Thanks for posting!Thank you. And, I am glad to see you here too.SM2K, aka Tye (hoping to see $2 billion marketcap for IMAX. Does that sound reasonable, long-term? I guess attendance of 3D is the key indicator) Since the market cap is already $1.6 billion, to 25% gain is certainly possible if the movie business is great this summer. Remember, just to get back to the 52-week high, this stock would have to climb 51%...Dreamin'W.D.
