I reread the SEC filing and I think it is saying that Mellon Financial Corp is selling shares and therefore will no longer own 5% or more of BARZ. That could account for the huge selling volume yesterday. I also found a high level of insider selling in December. Certainly 'normal' profit taking after a good run up would not happen in such a burst of volume. You might have the price drift downward but nothing like yesterday. Check out a 2 day chart wth prices at 1 or 5 minute intervals. You'll see the difference between Thursday and Friday.
