I saw the downgrade and watched the price during the day and put a limit order in at 81.00 (got in near the bottom). This doubled my position in QSII. I don't yet know at what price I will sell the excess since my portfolio is a little bit heavy in QSII now! I guess I'll just wait until a better opportunity comes along (maybe a long time). I recently changed brokers and still have about 7% of my portfolio in a money market account as I redeploy the funds. I usually don't like to have that much uninvested cash laying about but it came in handy on Wednesday.

BTW this is my first post on the SA boards (just started the service in November). I hope to make some more meaningful contributions in the future.
