I seem to recall that there was either a fee (waived the first year) or that the rate was only good for the first year. When I spoke to someone who had that card, I recall thinking that it was not such a great deal, and so kept with my 12%. I have all my balances on low rate cards (3.9 to 6.9) and pay off the USAA (with grace period) month to month.Kaigun Chusa
