I take supplements after breakfast, which has a little fat, and some after dinner. And for a really thorough answer, here are the supplements:

1 Rainbow Light Women's One multi (IIRC has 800 iu of vitamin D)
x drops Liquid D3 @ 2,000 iu/drop
1 Minami Card0-3 fish oil
1 Jarrow Q-Absorb CoQ10 (100 mg)
2 Naturals RYR
2 Neuro-Mag magnesium capsules
often 2 chewable Kirkland Vitamin C (total 1,000 mg), especially if I don't have any fruit for breakfast (most days I have kefir rather than fruit or carrot juice, and I usually have fruit/fruit salad with lunch or dinner rather than breakfast).

1 fish oil
1 CoQ10

I will request a retest of D in 3-6 months. Maybe I'll go back to 4,000 iu, which was actually doc's original suggestion before she saw the lab result. While it's true I had a D level of only 30 when taking that amount of D, it was a different D than I use now, and I think less effective for me.
