Insanity is a good solid workout, nothing overly funky in it

Warning, be smart and pace yourself, do not try to keep up. WHen my daughter and her dorm mates gave it a shot she barfed, and they were all sore after the 4 th day(and that was phase 1!)

It is actually not bad, because you can drift out and then back in at the begining, after about week 2 you really start getting into the flow

IT is not miraculous, it is a solid workout though. You want miracles you really do have to keep increasing the intensity/pace -- it is essentially interval training which is excellent again if you max out on intensity

I enjoyed it, have had some health problems, but will definitely be doing it again once I heal up.

You do need a little more space than the commercial states, and definitely do not begin without some padding on the floor, lots of high impact style aerobics

They actually have a websiste, WOWY.COM, I am not big on support network type stuff, but there may be comments out there from folks doing it that also may provide some insight

The cool part IMO, is that your entire body does feel pretty good after the workout, I found the same from a program I had a long time ago from the p90x guy called power 90 -- good structured workout that left you feeling pretty good after.
