I think I'm going to be much better at increasing my calorie expenditure and allowing myself a few treats. Have already started walking a mile in the mornings and afternoons during my breaks. I do yoga once a week, weights twice a week, aerobic once or twice a week and teach a core class on Fridays. Just so little time!Wow! That's quite a schedule. So little time?
