I think it is possible that the recent rise from 100ish to 120 was not because people thought GRMN would buy NVT - acquirer's stocks do not rise meteorically on takeover rumour. Takeover targets do though. Clearly there was a lot of talk about NVT getting bought out, but perhaps there was enough rumour swirling that some thought GRMN was potentially getting bought. Now GRMN is down because it is clear that that is not what is happening. I have no evidence of this, I'm just trying to make sense of the revent gyration.I'm still holding - we'll be back to 120 within a year, IMHO.I did think about selling a bit at 120, though, but I have a hard time with voluntarily paying taxes. My own psychological hurdle to get over.
