I think this early in the season, there are often multiple people who deserve to go home in any given week. Last week, I thought the whole bottom four should be sent packing. By around week 8 or 9, the judges will get the wheat and the chaff sorted out.

This week, I thought the sherry chicken and banana pudding chefs equally deserved to get axed, and it was a toss-up (the subconscious tie-breaker in the back of the judges' minds may have been that banana pudding woman was in the bottom four last week too). They both got appropriately yelled at by the judges for their judgment errors. I thought the other two guys needed to be called out and for not fighting for vegetables in their team's menu, but not sent home... their individual dishes weren't quite as bad as the first two, and they did clearly get thrown under the bus by the two with immunity.
