I think until Cav shows up I have to assume the torch is passed. Weird that Sagan can't win a stage though. That was a crazy accident though, it looked like Cav butted (Gerrans?) aside but then he bounced back into Cav off the guy he got butted into. Risky game playing high speed billiards if you don't know what else things might ricochet from.I read a blog that tried to explain Sagan's frustration a little: http://thecyclingpodcast.com/uncategorized/fun-games-and-fru...As for Cav's crash, I definitely place the blame on him. He was boxed in at a critical time and the headbutt to Gerrans was what he needed to do to get out of that box. Gentle nudging with your head is generally accepted as a valid way to get space but it's a pretty fine line. Most of the time when things like that happen riders can absorb the impact and give some space, but Gerrans had no where to go and Cav's move was not that gentle. Now I like Tejay even less!Yea, as a fan of cycling and competition his statement pissed me off but I think it reflects more on the state of the Tour nowadays than it does on him. It makes me even more bummed that Talansky is out. His victory in the Dauphine was probably my favorite of the year.
