I think you are doing fine Aisurfish. Keep doing what you are doing.

You seem to be reasonably well diversified.

In time I think you will find your emphasis on dividends limiting. Those tend to be well established companies but the dividend also implies a mature company that is growing slowly.

This is all about total return and performance. So if you find investments with good growth potential, you might consider adding those to the mix. Sector funds come and go, but for example in technology stocks, you are better off to own the stocks themselves. Sector funds often buy baskets of large caps rather than picking the top performing stocks.

You don't mention an international fund, which many would include for diversification.
