I thought for a while it was my thyroid, because my waking temp was like 96.5, I was always cold, my appetite was low and my hair and skin are very dry. But my heart rate isn't low and my blood pressure is normal.

I don't know anything, but the impression that I got when I first read this part was, are you eating enough? I had this happen when I was on a really calorie-restricted diet. Always cold, skin dry, etc.

And this one (along with your other comments about military doctors!) just cracked me up!

I won't ask the doctor because they will just assume I read to many medical books and give me Motrin.

Hang in there! It's NOT old age!!!!!
