I thought most brokers were fine with this. While I was overseas I used Zecco and then Interactive Brokers. I am still with IB. I know both of these will let you have an account in the US even if you are not a US citizen. So you would be fine. I recommend both brokers so I suggest you simply weigh the fees against the number of trades you expect to make. I think they both have IRAs too.
