I too appreciated the article. It's nice to hear someone who has a different opinion than the rest of the world. I also fear another downturn and that is why I haven't purchased or sold a business in the last year and a half. I have several outstanding businesses I watch, but haven't been comfortable putting the cash to work in those businesses. The factor I think is most important is the high consumer debt. I think its true nature is masked by the low interest rates right now on the debt. If it weren't for that I think things would be a whole lot worse.
