I too found Gilder's pitch appealing. Accordingly I begain my subscription to his Tech Report in January '99. By March of y2k my 3 Gilder inspired stock buys were doing ok, in fact one of them had four bagged for me. Well since that time my one time Gilder four bagger is now below my cost basis. Another of my telecosmic wonders is down 85 percent from my purchase price, and the third has sunk far below a penny on each dollar I originally investing in it. It is currently under a chapter 11 filing. Apparently I will have a total loss in those shares.

My George Gilder inspired investments have not faired so well. All that glitters is not gold, and the telecosmic rainbow has become rather tarnished as of late.
