I, unfortunately, made the same mistake as Violetta in that I transferred a large balance to the Advanta Platinum at the introductory 6.9%. When my statement showed up, the interest rate was 13.99%. I called customer service -"Sorry our computers are down and I can't access your account. Call back later". For 2 days after that, I received a busy signal every time I called, whether it be at 8 am or 11 pm. I finally just wrote a letter because I was so frustrated with this lack of service. I'll let you know what happens with that. To reiterate Violetta's message AVOID THIS CARD AT ALL COSTS!Christine
