I use Hotmail too & I believe there is a setting for this, but it doesn't seem like that's the problem if you can still use Hotline at work.

Windows also has security settings, and maybe one of these is the problem. There was a thread about this on the Help With This Stupid Computer board around October 20. I hope I can get this link to work (first time I've tried it).
