I was looking for a lower rate card, too. Whe information is out there, but it's hard to find!

A few messages back, someone suggested this site http://members.tripod.com/~megeranski/cc-5.html
(I had it bookmarked).

There's a bunch of good links there, and I beleive there is some info on credit reports, too.

Good luck on your new rate! Oh, you might want to look for one that also gives perks like Frequent Flier Miles or cash back.
