I went the ETF route for my 2006 buy & hold IRA. I'm hoping that will properly diversify me over the long haul.
IFN-India(10%yield/pd annually)
DVY-US Value
VTV-US Value

As for my 5 for 25;
BHP-mining giant-Australian
DEO-wine & spirits/good times & bad-England
PFE-everybody's gonna get old (hopefully)
GE -US based with global reach
SU -oil sands. the riskiest (?) of the bunch.

All pay dividends,some big & some not so big.

I don't know if I helped,I'm a retired garbage man so don't believe me.But i did have fun. Good Luck.

ps,if anyone thinks i'm foolish as opposed to Foolish,don't be afraid to let me know.
