I wonder how much more of a disappointment this airline could be. I find the new process for paying to select your seats to be infuriating. GF bought her airfare to Denver under a corporate account and had the pick of the plane for seats at no charge. I used Amex Reward Points and not only do I have to pay $5 per flight for the privilege of selecting a seat, but I only have a few rows available to me while GF has the whole plane. So my only choice is to move her to the back of the plane with me. Way to tell your customers you care.

It's amazing any airlines stay in business the lengths they go to screw their customers.

Who put GF in the middle seat of her row in the hope that no one will take the seat next to her and he can get that seat the day before or at the gate...
