I won't look at a place that has accepted a contract on it. There are plenty of other fish in the sea. Most people still keep it on the market, doing what the OP's agent did and marking the listing as "under contract, accepting back ups," though I would never advertise that on my front lawn. That kind of advertising is only for the Realtor, trying to get the OP's neighbors to list with him since he did such a bang up job getting a contract that fast. It is of negative benefit to the seller.IP
