I am not in the busines of doing so, for a variety of reasons. However, as an example you can take a look at the quite astounding job done by the portfolio managers at Aspen Insurance Holdings (ticker AHL). They raised cash before the world imploded, bought a large overweight in agency MBS as Fannie and Freddie were lurching toward govt takeover and the markets were running away from them, and then loaded up on investment grade corporates in early 2009. They also largely avoided junk and structured paper aside from agency MBS. I don't know how they could have possibly done better, given the constraints imposed by running an insurance company balance sheet.
