I would ditch any company that had the NERVE to call on your mobile without getting permission to do so. Considering that they are a mobile company they doubly should understand how rude this is. I would have given them a piece of my mind had they called me!

I'd complain about this, and ask if it is their policy to intrude on your privacy in this way. If they indicate that it won't happen again, and you like the service, give them a second chance. It wouldn't hurt if they threw in a credit to your account for your trouble!

If you are looking to switch, I'm happy with the features and airtime offered by Voicestream in my area. Their coverage area seems smaller than others so YMMV.
