*a simple stuffed puff pastry, sliced/filled/prebaked
*tiny quiches (muffin tin or cupcake - without crust is easier and less dry)
*cookies or bars
*fruit, or just grapes & orange wedges

additional
**Mini bagels (or quartered bagels)
** Lox & capers
** flavored cream cheeses (super easy to make - even easier to buy)
**sort-of-pizza spiral
(roll out pizza dough, add (pesto if you wish) cheese and LIGHT layer of "fresh" toppings, like spinach, tomatoes, meat-of-choice
Roll up like a jelly roll
Slice into 1 inch pieces.
Bake at 350-400 until done.
Serve with sauce on side if you wish
**egg pie (NOT a quiche)
fill pie crust with several beaten eggs + cheese and whatever else you want
Bake until firm
Slice into pieces (never dry and OK at room temp - Note- I am not an OMG- salmonella! person wither so You may have a different comfort level with this)
