I would say that SPG are one of, if not the, top REITs in the U.S. They have great properties in great locations, all of which will probably benefit from rental growth and increased occupancy in the foreseeable future. Plus they have good leadership. I would not recommend judging a REIT by market cap alone. Consider the management experties, locations and demographic, social and economic drivers.
