I would suggest definitely doing your taxes yourself. As the previous replier mentioned, plowing through the 1040 booklet (and specialty pubs like the moving expenses) will, most likely, teach you everything you need to know. If you get confused, keep reading or ask questions here. In the long run, this will likely be very important for you since understanding how relatively simple tax returns work is the key to understanding the tax ramifications of different investment options you will have later on in your life. Even if you do use something like TurboTax, you should go over every line and try to understand what it did and why. If the tax form mechanisms remain a mystery to you, maximizing your post-tax returns will also be a mystery.
