I would take it a bit further. Since you are so unhappy and distressed by their lack of service, I would contact them in writing and ask for some free wireless time to appease your injured feelings.

Stress that you have always been an upstanding customer and they should certainly "make good" on this unfortunate incident or further action may have to be taken.. ie.. go to another provider.
