I wouldn't add anything to a lager.
The poppy seeds might work in a hefeweizen.
The raisins are liable to add flavor and haze, so I'd limit them to the darker beers (the porter) and use sparingly.
I have no idea what to do with cauliflower.

I have to agree with the previous poster, though and ask why?
Seems like a good way to ruin an otherwise good recipe...
