No they don't, at least not in my admittedly limited experience.

Twice I asked them to mailed me a prospectus via their website. I put in an address of the form:

John Smith
PMB 999
9999-A Main St
Anytown, ST 99999

Vanguard mailed the prospectus to:

John Smith
9999 Main St, STE A
Anytown, ST 99999-9999


Another mutual fund company, when I requested a prospectus through their website with the same address, sent it properly addressed.
