There is a 30k limit for the primary owner by social security number but you can be a co-owner of IBONDS. Presumably this circumvents the 30k limit. My wife and I each have 30 k in Ibonds this year with each other as co owners. Is this a problem? If not, why not co-own with children etc. Any advice will be appreciated.
