I'd just go ahead and file the next return as usual. The IRS is probably thinking that last year's return was the last your partnership would file.

I'd thought that it probably woudn't be a big problem, but I've learned that things aren't always as they seem to me.. ;)

Is it my imagination or is there a real difference in the level of basic explanation/help between Intuits personal and business products? The latter seems to be missing some of the more obvious, basic elements by comparison to the former (while costing three times as much!)...
