I'd say do some of both, but beware that last year the S&P did 21%. Without its tech components, it would have done 7%. Its likely to be rough sledding for a while either way if techs are really dead.Techs may be overbought, and overpriced for the moment, but most still think they have the best long term growth potential. So patient long term investors should not be afraid of techs. Those looking for quick profits could be disappointed.
