I'd start with lots of light healthy food next time you shop - salads, vegetables, yogurt... and conciously getting to bed extra early. Working from the inside out. I know I get tons more done when I slept a lot the night before.Also, I take a full 24 hours, usually from mid-day Saturday to mid-day Sunday, when I'm NOT ALLOWED to do any work. By Sunday I'm raring to go.
