Well, the article does state that armadillos eat insects, In several articles, reports, etc. on GW suggest that one of the direct effects of GW is that insects that are normally found in the south may find permanent homes up north as GW increases. So maybe whatever insects the armadillos REALLY like are moving and the armadillos are simply following them...DUck
